We know you understand the phrase 'human connection', but this fundamentals course, over the 8 modules, will make sure that you know how to connect as people, not your digital avatars in a current remote working environment.
At the Human Connection Project, we define the three pillars of human connection as: empathy, leadership and empowerment. During this course we will unpack each element and explore how we can best lean into every aspect.JOIN OUR NEXT INATKE PREFER TO GO AT YOUR OWN PACE? WHY NOT START TODAY FOR JUST $49
The Human Connection Project is a charitable, multi-layered social enterprise working within the community empowering connection to develop psychological resilience and emotional wellbeing.
Our vision is to not only build more resilient and empathetic individuals but stronger connections to their community as well. We are working to become Australia's largest proactive mental health and human connection lead organisation.
The act of connecting as human beings has diminished over the years due to the influx of incredibly busy lifestyles, and greater time constraints. From this human disconnection, we have seen an incredibly alarming increase in mental illness, in particular, the issue of suicide.
What we believe, is that a large percentage of those suffering from mental illness are suffering from a degree of 'environmental depression'; thus meaning their environment is playing an enormous role in their mental state.Join Our Facebook Group
Empathy is the ability to put yourself in someone else's shoes. The difference between sympathy and empathy is in the actions that follow.
Leadership is not your title. It is the ability to look to your left and to your right and ensure everyone is supported and encouraged in life.
Empowerment is the action of supporting your network or community members in their actions and endeavours. Regardless of your own beliefs.
